Personal data administrator

The Knights of Unity sp. z o.o. (called: TKoU later) is the administrator of your personal data collected in the course of using the application or any of its content.

Right of access

You have the right to access your personal data collected by TKoU at any time. You can make a subject access request verbally or in writing, using gdpr@theknightsofunity.com address. We will respond to your request without undue delay, but no later than within one calendar month.

Right of erasure

You have right to erase all your personal information from our systems. I you’d like to do so please send such a request to gdpr@theknightsofunity.com.

Right of data portability

Right of rectification

Right to restrict processing

You have the right to request the restriction or suppression of your personal data. You can make that request verbally or in writing, using gdpr@theknightsofunity.com address. We will respond to your objection within one calendar month. When processing is restricted, TKoU will be permitted to store your personal data, but not use it.

Right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when TKoU doesn’t have a compelling reason for doing so. You can make an objection verbally or in writing using gdpr@theknightsofunity.com address. We will respond to your objection within one calendar month.

Automated decision making and profiling

TKoU does not use your personal data in the automated decision making process nor for the profiling of any kind.

What information do we collect?

You have the right to be informed about the collection and use of your personal data.
We collect information from you when you create the account within the application and gather data when you use TKoU services.
When you create an account, you will be asked to enter your login and e-mail address. Your e-mail address will be verified by an email containing a unique link. If that link is visited, we know that you control the e-mail address.
When registered, we record the IP address that the request originated from. We also may retain server logs which include the IP address of every request to our server.
If the third party stores information on their servers, you should consult their privacy policy.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
To personalize your experience — your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.
To improve our site — we continually strive to improve our site offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.

TKoU will not transfer any of your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Our site, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. If this server is in the USA, and you are under the age of 13, per the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), do not use this site.
